Under his leadership, the company operates wind farms, solar farms and cogeneration plants in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Finland. Use of digital solutions along with continuous analysis of big data and proactive identification of faults is one of the keys to companies success. Enefit Green has deployed the necessary basic systems and will continue to upgrade them to automate the processes and achieve high availability of assets and increase productivity.

In his past career Innar Kaasik held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Enefit Taastuvenergia OÜ, Member-Management Board at Eesti Tuuleenergia Assotsiatsioon, CEO-Energia Renewable Energy & Small Cogeneration at Eesti Energia AS, Head-Network Management at Elektrilevi OÜ and Project Manager at Elering AS.

Innar Kaasik has MBA and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, TalTech University.
